Many people lose hope because they can’t find other people’s thoughtfulness in what they’re experiencing. They often forgot to have faith in the last person they can always rely on, which is their self. In this talk, Amanda explained how mindfulness may guide you to creating your own world with choosing how you want to see it, not with judgement, but simply with an open mind, acceptance, forgiveness, and gratitude. Having more than enough experiences in discovering things involving mental health, she continues to strives for advocacy in the specific field.
Amanda is an advocate in mental health who’s currently undergoing the study of Naval Architecture Engineering at Diponegoro University, Semarang and has inspired countless youth with her works. She has published two poems and poetry books, nation-wide. In addition, she also builds a mental-health online consultation called “Talk Now", which currently is undergoing a period of system maintenance. She has been invited to multiple numbers of events to talk about mental health, art, literature, and languages. As the talk began, the crowd suddenly woke up to an aura of excitement. It was a perfect opportunity for the audience to rejuvenate by bringing forth a perfect blend of entertainment. Bhuvan added up — «Agar aap apna passion follow karte ho aur agar apka sikha chal jata hai..to uske pros and cons pakka hote hai». Talking about the hilarious events of his life, he lightened the environment.
He concluded the talk by saying,
«Agar apke dimaag mein koi abhi idea hai toh please kisi pe dependent na raho» followed by singing a song «Teri Meri Khani» which he composed himself two years back.
Bhuvan Bam, is a singer/ songwriter from Delhi. He holds a Bachelors degree from Delhi University. Being a composer, producer as well as an instrumentalist makes him a «One-Man Army» and what sets him apart from others is his Unique Surname!
He is the owner/performer at BB Ki Vines. He makes funny videos on the internet and aims to spread smiles all over the world. He was quite an entertainer since his school days. Bhuvan randomly created a video and it was appreciated by people which lead to the start of his Vine. Interestingly, he admits that he is not a comedian. Music is Bams profession and passion. He says all his earnings are through his live performances and original songs. He hasnt yet earned anything through Comedy.

We neglect our posture at our own expense. Bad posture and poor physical behaviours affect not only our bodies, but our mood and emotional wellbeing.

Rob is an integrative therapist (body and mind) and forerunner in posture related stress research, having worked with posture for over 23 years. He is also an author, speaker, educator, and health and well-being expert for ITV Central and BBC Radio. Combining his passion for helping others with a childhood love of superheroes, Rob’s talk explores how we may be sabotaging our mental health and emotional wellbeing with bad posture and poor physical behaviours. He shares his discoveries, from working with hundreds of people, and shows how easily we can free ourself to be a healthier, happier and truly, super human.
